GAME DESCRIPTION : New York, 1930, the prohibition. You play Dawn, a femme fatale who practices occultism. You will use your dark arts, stealth, and even seduction to fulfill contracts for the mafia. Investigate, seduce, kill and vanish.

My level design missions :

  • Design a sandbox level design that can allow a good amount of replayability, multiple paths, provide various interactions with the gameplay mechanics thanks to the systemic design, and which allow narration with the different missions.

  • Design a level design coherent with the different locations and provide for each one, a unique design feeling with the help of shapes and lighting.

  • Create a blocking of the layout and adjust the metrics and flow of the different areas. Also, make direction with lighting and framing.

  • Organize playtests to get feedback and make retakes to ensure the best quality possible of the level design.

My level building missions :

  • Make the level building by following the level design blocking with assets made by the game artist and create for each area different storytelling and framing.

  • Create realistic lighting for each different location of the level and provide quick identification of the location & points of interest with the lighting colors and lighting direction.

  • Work as a team to ensure the visual coherence & narration of the levels.
